About the role
You will build the AI assistants and automations we deliver for clients and use ourselves. Every build includes logging, evaluation and a human approval step where the work needs one, so the tools can be trusted in regulated settings.
What you will do
- Design and build AI agents, assistants and workflow automations for client and internal use
- Integrate large language models with business systems, data and documents
- Build in logging, evaluation and human approval steps from the start
- Work with consultants and clients to turn processes into working tools
What you will bring
- Three or more years building software, with strong Python or TypeScript
- Practical experience with LLM APIs, retrieval and automation platforms such as n8n or Power Automate
- A careful approach to data protection, security and responsible AI
- Experience in life sciences or another regulated sector is an advantage
